Areas of Experise

  • Extensive knowledge of Process Instrumentation and Control techniques and their industry standards, advanced process control, Process Control Networks, and Fieldbus technologies. (A book will be published soon).
  • Use of Artificial Neural Networks and Fuzzy systems in detection, pattern classification, measurement, and control.
  • Use of Artificial Neural Networks in Reservoir Log Interpretation and in Oil PVT  Properties Estimation.
  • Use of Artificial Neural Networks in NOx emission prediction and in other Inferential sensing in process industry.
  • Extensive hardware and software experience (extending over 20 years) of embedded controllers (8 bits and 16 bits) .
  • Arabic speech processing, Arabic Text-to-Speech systems, and Arabic Speech recognition.
